In February 2024, Animal Justice Project commissioned a YouGov poll to find out what the British public really knows about the egg industry. Unsurprisingly we found that most egg consumers were 'in the dark' about the Rotten reality of what happens to hens on egg farms and were being misled by 'happy hen' free-range marketing.
